Close CRM Pricing Tiers in 2026
Close now offers three main plans after eliminating their Basic tier in late 2025:
Startup Plan: $49/user/month - Includes 1,000 calling minutes, email sequences, basic reporting, and mobile app. Limited to 3 pipelines and no advanced automation.
Professional Plan: $99/user/month - Adds unlimited calling minutes, advanced workflows, custom fields, and integrations with Zapier. Most teams land here.
Enterprise Plan: $149/user/month - Includes advanced reporting, SAML SSO, dedicated success manager, and API access. Minimum 10 seats required.
All plans require annual billing for these rates. Monthly billing adds 20% to each tier. Implementation and data migration services start at $2,500 for Professional plans.
Close eliminated their $29/month Basic plan in October 2025, forcing existing customers to upgrade or migrate elsewhere. They cited the need to "focus resources on customers who fully utilize the platform."
The Professional plan added several features that were previously Enterprise-only: advanced email templates, sequence branching, and webhook support. However, the price jumped from $79 to $99 per month.
Enterprise pricing stayed flat at $149, but Close now requires minimum commitments and offers volume discounts starting at 50+ seats. Teams with 100+ users can negotiate custom rates, typically landing around $120-130 per seat.
Hidden Costs and Add-Ons
Close's published pricing doesn't include several costs that most teams encounter:
Phone numbers: $2 per local number, $5 per toll-free number monthly. Most teams need 2-3 numbers minimum.
SMS credits: $0.02 per outbound message in the US, higher internationally. Teams sending 1,000 SMS monthly spend an extra $20.
Data migration: Close charges $2,500-7,500 for professional migration services depending on your current CRM complexity.
Training: Live training sessions cost $500 per session for up to 10 users. Self-serve onboarding is included but takes 2-3 weeks longer.

Close vs Competitors on Price
Close sits at the premium end of CRM pricing. HubSpot Sales Hub Professional costs $90/month with similar calling features. Pipedrive Professional is $59/month but requires Aircall integration for calling ($30/month per user).
Reply.io offers similar outbound capabilities at $70/month but lacks Close's pipeline management depth. Outreach starts at $100/month for their Sales Execution platform.
The premium makes sense if your team heavily uses calling and needs tight integration between phone, email, and CRM data. For teams primarily doing email outbound, Close's pricing is harder to justify.
Cost Per Deal Analysis
We tracked cost-per-deal across 12 clients using Close versus other CRMs. Close typically costs $150-250 per closed deal when factoring in all fees and add-ons.
Teams closing 20+ deals monthly per rep see positive ROI from Close's built-in calling and workflow automation. Teams closing fewer deals struggle to justify the premium over HubSpot or Pipedrive.
The break-even point appears around 15 deals per rep monthly, assuming average deal sizes above $5,000. Below that threshold, simpler CRMs deliver better unit economics.
Enterprise Discounting in 2026
Close became more aggressive with enterprise discounts starting in 2025. Teams with 50+ seats typically negotiate 15-20% off list prices. At 100+ seats, discounts reach 25-30%.
Annual prepayment unlocks additional 10% savings on top of negotiated rates. Multi-year contracts (2-3 years) can push total discounts to 35-40% for large deployments.
Close also bundles professional services at no charge for deals above $150K annual value. This includes dedicated onboarding, custom integrations, and quarterly business reviews.
